At The Athlete Project (TAP), we’re more than a training program — we’re a movement built to inspire and develop the next generation of elite athletes. Based in South Florida, our team focuses on every aspect of athletic performance — from strength and speed to recovery and mindset. Whether you’re preparing for your season, college recruitment, or the pros, we give you the tools and environment to reach your full potential.

We look at speed primarily from a mechanical standpoint. Many times the desired outcome is not dependent on effort, but rather technique. Once we find where the break in technique is occurring, we utilize our training to specifically address the athletes needs, followed by implementing specific drills to establish and enhance their acceleration, max velocity, change of direction, conditioning, and overall athleticism.

If you want to achieve a goal, it is in your best interest to create a plan. This means we must look at overall and short term goals to create a plan of attack. From our perspective, our goal is to deliver you to your season as powerful, explosive, and balanced as possible. To get there we must first establish a foundation. With strength and stability at the forefront, our athlete's go perform to the best of their abilities, fearlessly.

What good is squatting or deadlifting 500 lbs if you roll your ankles jogging? We apply this same premise to every joint in the body. If we exert power down our leg while running, but the knee is unstable, or the ankle, hip, forefoot, etc. then the unstable area is the most likely to leak power and risk injury. By creating a stable environment, the force running through the body can flow more intently and smoothly, therefore diminishing the risk of non contact injuries.

Mobility exercises are one of our main go to forms of techniques to develop athleticism. We implement pool modalities, functional movement to bulletproof joints, and anti rotation activation to name a few.
